Welcome to The 150th Anniversary Wall FAQ section. These pages are designed to answer questions you may have regarding The 150th Anniversary Wall at Nottingham Forest F.C., and your order.

What is The 150th Anniversary Wall?

The 150th Anniversary Wall is made up of personalised engraved brick slips for all fans.

Any  image of the proposed design on the website is a representation only.

Why is it being created?

Celebrating loyalty and passion, The 150th Anniversary Wall is being created as a permanent feature of the Club in order to show much a part of the club the fans are. 

Who can buy Bricks?

The 150th Anniversary Wall is open to all. We welcome support for the project be it local or from around the world. Each fan is as important to us as the next and we encourage all fans to be a part of this project.

How does the ordering process work ?

The order process is very easy, simply select your chosen product, create your account and add your personal message, add replica/s if required and checkout.  You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway. When your payment is confirmed you will be sent an Email your E-Certifcate will be attached, please take a few moments to read your confirmation and E-Certificate. If you purchased an E-Voucher this will be attached to your confirmation email.  If you do not receive your Email in a few minutes please check your spam mail.  Please keep your Email /E-Certificate/E-Voucher safe as you will not receive anything through the post.  

You can log back into your account at any time to update your details, re-send your E-Certificate or to check the progress of your order.  Please note that email notifications will be sent to the email address we have on record so please remember to update your details if you change your email address.

You will be kept updated via Email throughout the production process but please be aware that we produce the bricks and stones in batches so it may be some time before we notify you that your brick is in production, we will also let you know when your brick has been dispatched to the club.  This does not mean your brick has been installed and we recommend you check installation has taken place before travelling to see your brick or stone in situ.  Installations dates are subject to weather condition and home fixtures.

How do I activate mybrickcard™ ?

To activate your brick, have your Activation code from your mybrickcard™ or E-Voucher ready and go to the home page of this website (http://www.forestwall.co.uk/). On the Home Page go to ‘Activate your Gift Card. On the Activation page enter your Code (found on the front of your E-voucher or on the reverse of your mybrickcard™) and select Redeem. You will then enter your personalised inscription on-line. You will also be able to add a replica or upgrade your purchase. Any upgrades or replicas will have to be paid for by credit / debit card when you check out.

When activating my voucher can I upgrade or buy a replica?

You can buy as many stones as you like in addition to stone purchased with the mybrickcard™/E-Voucher.  You can buy a replica/s or more stones and a replica. If the order exceeds the amount paid for the mybrickcard™/E-Voucher  the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.

Where can I buy an E-Voucher/ mybrickcard™?

E-Vouchers are available on line at http://www.forestwall.co.uk/.  mybrickcard™ Gift cards are available in the club shop.

What can I buy?

You can choose from two superb quality stones in African Red granite, two styles of double clay tile  or a single clay tile 

You can also purchase E-Vouchers on line, this will be sent to you via an email attachment at the point of purchase.  NB : the message you enter on your E-Voucher is a personal greeting to the recipient NOT the inscription on the brick. Keep your E-Voucher safe as you not receive anything in the post.

mybrickcard™ has no cash redemption value and is not transferable or assignable.

  • If the order exceeds the amount paid for the mybrickcard™/ E-Vouchers and hence the value of the activation card, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
  • Any remaining funds on the mybrickcard™/ E-Vouchers are not redeemable. The activation codes will expire 12 months from the date of purchase, or as notified on http://www.forestwall.co.uk/.
  • All [storeDomain l standard booking terms and conditions apply.
  • mybrickcard™/ E-Vouchers  and activation codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  • No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen, or damaged mybrickcard™ /E-Vouchers activation codes and such mybrickcard™ /E-Vouchers  shall not be refunded.

Only mybrickcard™ purchased through authorised channels will be redeemable. mybrickcard™ purchased through non-authorised channels may be de-activated

N.B. Unfortunately we are unable to provide accents (acute or grave) over lettering due to the type of English language set in the engraving process employed. A REPLICA of your purchased brick, which can only be ordered with purchase of the original brick.

What are replicas?

A replica is a personal copy of the Brick you have purchased - to keep, for your own home, office, garden or to give as a personal gift. These Bricks are exact copies of the original brick installed in The 150th Anniversary Wall and can only be purchased when purchasing an original Brick. *Replica’s can only be delivered to UK addresses. 

You can use your replica in many different ways:

  • Build it into your house
  • Add it to the garden rockery
  • Put it on the mantle piece
  • Build it into your drive
  • Use it as a paperweight
  • Build it into your patio

How much can I say in my message?

You can have up to 18 characters per line on the granites stones and 16 on the clay tiles, spaces and punctuation count as characters.  You can use upper and lower case letters. Any images shown on the website are for illustration only and may not be representative of the actual layout.

Are the letters painted on top?

No, the letters are actually engraved into the stone to make the lettering more hardwearing.

What can I have engraved on my brick?

Any message or dedication you wish. We reserve the right to refuse any messages we considers to be inappropriate.

Examples of what you might say:

  • Support the Club!
  • Remember a great supporter!
  • Celebrate a birthday!
  • Congratulate your favourite player!

Can I change my message after I have placed my order?

You will be sent an E-mail with an E Certificate attached please take a few moments to check your inscription. If you are happy with the inscription you can confirm your order by selecting the link in the email, but, once confirmed no further changes will be permitted, if you do not confirm you order the system will automatically lock your order after ten days -  you will receive an email confirming this after this point we can no longer accept any changes to your order.

If you would like to make a change to your inscription there will be instruction in the email of how to do so, you can change this as many times as you like, up to ten days from your order or until you confirm your order, if you do not confirm your inscription then the system will automatically lock your order after tens days and confirm this by sending you an email after this point we can no longer accpet any changes to your order.

When are they being installed?

The bricks will be installed approx. four times a year, cut of dates and installation dates (subject to weather conditions and home fixtures) will be displayed on the website.

How long will the Bricks last?

The Bricks will last indefinitely. The manufacturer will provide a 10 year guarantee on the brick and 3 years on the lettering.

When will I receive my replica?

Replicas will be delivered to the address you gave us when you placed your order and we aim for these to be dispatched within 30 days of the corresponding brick being installed in The 150th Anniversary Wall.  Replicas will be sent to the address you provided when you placed your order, it is your responsibility to update your details if you move home or want the replica sent elsewhere.  A surcharge for re-delivery will apply if you do not update your details. We cannot be held responsibile for any replicas that go astray in the delivery process if your address is not updated.

How many Bricks can I order?

As many as you like online or you can buy Gift Cards in the club shop

How do I pay for the brick(s) or mybrickcard™

Online: With credit/debit card - VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA, MAESTRO, SWITCH

Can I choose my location?

No, the Bricks will be laid on a first come first laid basis as the The 150th Anniversary Wall progresses. Each Brick will be laid in the next available spot.

What is on the E-certificate?

The E-certificate includes the inscription on the brick and the bricks’ unique reference number. The E-certificate does not include the purchaser's name. Please note : you will not be able to change your inscription after the ten day cooling off period. The E-certificate can be printed and given as a gift or kept as your own personal momento.  Only your chosen inscription will show on the E-certificate, if you have chosen a product with the club crest this will not be on the E-certificate but will be engraved into the stone.

You can log back into your account and request a new E-Certificate at any time.

In all instances, please be ready to supply relevant information which Briconomics Ltd. will require from you in order to identify your order - Purchasers name, order reference or brick reference (from your certificate) and date of purchase, without this information we may be unable to trace your order.  We aim to respond to all emails within 72 hours (normal office hours only)
